How do I enjoy EONSS benefits?
If you’re accessing EONSS for the first time, we recommend that you to read and understand the application procedures as easy as follows:
Step 1:
If you know which service you want to enjoy, check with the provider for general enquiries and price packages. Special discounts/rates/privileges are reserved for EONSS members (see above). Quote them your EONSS Membership Number for their reference.
Step 2:
Download the Letter of Authorisation of the service respectively, fill up the form and email (scan) to
or fax 6234 1876. The EONSS team will attend to your request and process it within 3 working days. Letter of Authorisation may be exempted for some services, please check with EONSS team forlatest update. In the event of this, quote them your EONSS Membership Number when making an appointment or general price enquiry.EONSS team will verify your membership status with the service provider.
Step 3:
Receive the Letter of Authorisation and bring it with you when making a service appointment or payment.
Step 4:
